The information contained here was obtained from several sources including the book "A HISTORY OF THE MARKLEY RELATIONSHIP" by Joseph M. Markley (1922) [Joseph was a double cousin of Rev. Franklin G. Markley, father of Franklin G. Jr.], notes and diaries of Rev. Markley, letters received by Rev. Markley and other family members from various sources.
Many of the pictures have been handed down over the years, the later ones taken by Rev. Markley, Franklin Markley, and other family members.
